Shipping & Returns

We ship UPS Ground. All Canadian orders will be shipped using UPS Standard to Canada. All domestic orders over $100 (excluding all stroller orders) will be shipped UPS Ground, free of charge (unless stated in product description). Please select "Free Shipping" as your ship method if your subtotal is $100 or over. We will remove shipping charges for you if you forget! Orders received on Saturdays will be shipped the following Monday. Sorry, free shipping is not available on orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

FREE SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE ON SALE ITEMS OR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. All duty and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. We ship to FPO and APOs via USPS.

Overnight and 2-day shipping options are also available at additional costs. For overnight shipments, please call Bloom Maternity (210.824.2727).

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason it doesn't meet your needs, we offer a 14-Day refund, less original shipping with receipts under $100. PLEASE call us prior to returning your item(s) for authorization or email us at returns@bloommaternity.net . Product(s) must be returned in new and unused condition with the accessories and tag(s) attached or in original packaging with all warranties and manuals for a full refund. We will charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Please allow up to 15 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. At time of return authorization a shipping label will be issued. After receiving the return, we will inspect your return and reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item and sales tax (if applicable) less the cost of the return shipping. Items to be exchanged for another item must be clearly indicated. Exchange orders are subject to standard shipping and processing fees.

Unfortunately, strollers, bathing suits, intimates and formal wear are not returnable. Sorry, no exceptions.

All sale items are returnable for store credit only.

Our website is updated often but due to demand items that you purchase online may be sold out or backordered. You will be contacted if this is the case.

Coupons and/or discounts will not apply to certain products that are indicated as such in their product description.

Items that are marked out of stock are generally stock items and are only temporarily out of stock. Please email or call us, 210.824.2727, about the status of re-orders.

Warranty Info
All strollers come with manufacturers' warranties. Please contact the manufacturer about your product if it is within warranty, please call us if you need assistance in contacting the manufacturer. Warranties are valid within the continental United States and customers outside of the continental United States will be responsible for shipping and handling charges if replacement parts are required.
